Expedited Shipping: A faster shipping method, with delivery in 2-4 business days.
International Shipping: For international orders, delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.

3. Order Processing

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order with LuxeAura, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include an order number and an overview of the items purchased.
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time: Shipping times begin once your order has been processed and shipped. The delivery times listed above are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors such as customs, weather conditions, or shipping carrier issues.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose. You will see the shipping cost during the checkout process before you finalize your order. For orders above a certain value, we offer free shipping within specific regions.

5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Time

Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes between 5-10 business days depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination.
International Orders: Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the country and customs processing. International shipping may take anywhere from 7-21 business days.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs delays, which are outside of our control. LuxeAura is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

7. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for shipping.
International Shipments: Customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by LuxeAura.
Damaged or Lost Shipments: While we take every measure to ensure your order arrives safely, LuxeAura is not responsible for any lost or damaged items caused by shipping carriers. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
