3. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order with LuxeAura, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include an order number and an overview of the items purchased.
  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping times begin once your order has been processed and shipped. The delivery times listed above are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors such as customs, weather conditions, or shipping carrier issues.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs delays, which are outside of our control. LuxeAura is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for shipping.
  • International Shipments: Customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by LuxeAura.
  • Damaged or Lost Shipments: While we take every measure to ensure your order arrives safely, LuxeAura is not responsible for any lost or damaged items caused by shipping carriers. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
